Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

No, we require the billing and shipping addresses to be the same as an additional step to help prevent credit card fraud.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

At this time we offer domestic shipping on orders within the US, and international shipping to select countries. 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and an additional 2-5 business days for shipping. 

Can I order items that are not on the website?

Yes, you can purchase specialty items in person at any of our pop-up shops in the Los Angeles area.
